Fellows refers to candidates for the EAA Clinical Andrologist i.e. those medical doctors who finalized or are currently performing their training in Clinical Andrology in one of the 27 EAA accredited Centers. A declaration from the EAA center director, ascertaining the status of EAA Clinical Andrologist fellow is requested (unless the recommendation of the center director has already been submitted as a part of the exam application).

How to register

Before registering online,

  • Please choose the appropriate registration fee.
  • Invited speakers will receive separate specific instructions.
  • Registration needs to be made online
  • Payment with credit card or by bank transfer
  • Please find out the final billing name and address that can not be changed later
  • Upon receipt of your registration and payment, the Workshop Secretariat will email you an electronic invoice summarizing all registration details and specifying payment status as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) amount.

Online payment

Online payment is available with VISA, VISA Electron, V-Pay, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB cards only. Upon finishing your registration you will be redirected to the secured online payment site of K&H Bank Zrt.

Payment deadline for early fees

Taxable invoice will be issued on all incoming payments. Invoices will be prepared for the customer name indicated on the registration form. Please note that the Congress Secretariat will not modify the customer name on issued invoices so please take care of the right billing address when you fill in the registration form.

Catering costs

Registration fees include catering (coffee break, lunch, dinner). In line with the Hungarian tax regulations the prices of these catering services should be displayed on the invice separately. Therefore the registration fees will be displayed on invoices in two separate rows: registration fees and catering costs included on the registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

No refund is possible however a substitute person from the same institute/organisation will be accepted.

No show up cases

The organizers take efforts to run a successful conference. Based on the list of registrants and order status conference services will be provided in sufficient numbers. Please take into consideration that after deadlines some conference materials and meals or hotel rooms cannot be cancelled or resold and therefore no refund is available. However substitution in person is always acceptable.

Course postponement

In case the event needs to be postponed due to the pandemic situation, the registration fees already paid will be valid for the new dates of the event. If the news dates are not suitable, 100% repayment will be offered.
